Summer Home of JFK's Grandfather Is Sold - Yahoo! News
If only I had a spare $1M - The home was sold at auction for $950,000 - which is a total steal; it was, reportedly, purchased for $3.3M in 2000. The sale was a court ordered auction (former owners had/have some "problems").
You'll note in the article that Yahoo! mentions that Honey Fitz was mayor of Boston. Very true, but he was also a US Congressman. In fact it was Fitzgerald's seat that Jack Kennedy won in 1946, Tip O'Neal held (well, forever, and which Joe Kennedy II held until 1999.
